02 Jun 2011: Jordan Gym - DACs

Comment: Can we open up Jordan during lunch for DACs?

Answer: 08 Jun 2011. Jordan Gym is a designated youth gym, and the equipment is specifically ordered for youth development.  Adult Army Civilians should utilize Newman or Tominac gyms for their workout needs.

02 Jun 2011: Gators

Comment:  What do we do with hurt gators that have been hit by cars on 144/119.

Answer:  10 Jun 2011: Fish and Wildlife (DPW) would be contacted concerning a hurt gator on 144/119.  The gator would be released at another location along the river.

27 Jun 2011: Electronic Awards

Comment: From GC: Apparently there is a new electronic awards procedure that I need to get smart on.  The concern is no ability to get an RMO chop on monetary awards.

Answer:  04 Aug 2011: New Civilian awards system is called AUTONOA.  There is a block that CPAC told users to check which will send the award to RMO before it reaches the approver.  RMO will know to subtract the monetary awards out of the Garrison checkbook and that solves the issue brought up at the brown bag lunch to the GC.
