Question:ICE Trophy:Suggested that the GC should hand out an ICE Trophy quarterly to the
directorate with the most positive ICE comments.
Answer:PAIO is presently working
on a quarterly ICE award program at the Directorate level based on this
recommendation.The program will begin
prior to the end of 2QTR FY14 after it is properly designed.
