Comment:
1. Lots of questions about the DAC drawdown as we approach FY13.
2. Will employees be able to interview for positions at a lower grade?
3. Apparently some positions are still showing as under review for a considerable time after the position has been filled.
Answer: PAO working w/CPAC and RMO to address in media outlets and bublish to BB hot button.
